Mortgage and Protection Advice specifically designed for the Cornish housing market. Whether it be your first mortgage or your third holiday let mortgage, The Cornish Mortgage Company will provide you with the right advice for you.
Who are The Cornish Mortgage Company
So, who am I? My name is Anna Tucker and I specialize in getting my clients the right mortgage in the minefield that is the cornish housing market. I started working in the mortgage industry in 2013 and moved to Newquay, Cornwall in 2016. Having made the move across the border, I noticed the Cornish housing market was broad ranging and required a much deeper knowledge of the specifics of concepts such as Section106, affordable housing, mundic block, holiday restrictions, and the implications of paying higher stamp duty land tax.
About
I decided to set up The Cornish Mortgage Company to help potential house buyers navigate their way around the cornish housing market, and educate them in choosing their most appropriate mortgage and protection packages. Having worked in the industry for 8 years I have an in-depth knowledge of all the potential hazards and can help my clients avoid any potential pitfalls. Whether you’re a first time buyer, tentatively taking your first steps onto the housing ladder and looking to create your dream home, or a landlord looking to extend your portfolio into the holiday letting market and generate an income, or a homeowner looking to capitalize on your growing house value, I search through hundreds of mortgages and present the most suitable mortgage and protection package for your own individual needs.
